Emblem for a Rock Band

This is what Nothing was looking for in their logo design

I need to have an emblem re-designed into something that is original. We had a previous emblem built that we wished to use but the artist turned out to be someone we could not trust. We need a new original emblem that captures the same essence of this existing emblem but is entirely original so we do not have to worry about copyright claims.
