DBird Logo

This is what I don't want words on the logo was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo for anew company called DBird Outfitters. It's an outdoors/hunting company. We've been using a logo that we took from the internet and modified, but its very similar to one already in use by a company called Dirty Bird Fried Chicken. We need a similar logo that looks sort like a flying bird, but also phallic and incorporates a 'd' and a 'b' somehow. See the example I uploaded. I want it to look very similar to the upload, but different enough where I won't get sued for trademark infringement.
