New radio station in Moldova needs logo design

This is what Radio Capital - Chisinau was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for a new streaming radio station in the Moldovan capital city of Chisinau. We will be the 1st hip hop, r&b and old school station. The design can be graffiti style to give the flavor of the music in the logo and the name of the city should be included...Chisinau.
