Transforming to a Management Consulting Firm specialisted in Business Development

This is what BDS was looking for in their logo design

As we are changing from a consulting firm with primary focus on Proposals dealing with bid and proposal managers to a management consulting company focused on business development dealing with C-level and one level below we need a new logo and new business cards.
We have used the name of Shipley BDS (Shipley Business Development Services) and have decided to continue using BDS (Business Development Services) as the business name in over to keep some ties to the past. The legal name will be Business Development Services ApS but we will brand us under BDS. The tack line is “Creating Business Value” if we need one.
We want to signal the following:
