This is what Westwood Equity Partners was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo design for a real estate private equity firm called Westwood Equity Partners. We raise capital for value add multifamily real estate projects. We are launching an online platform for investors to view deals, invest in new projects and this will be our capital raising company. We have a lot of experience restoring, and rehabbing properties. I'd like a professional logo that shows, trust, and knowledge in the real estate field that we will help to grow their capital investment. I was thinking that an oval shaped logo with tree with branches and roots below ground showing would be interesting? We work with professionals to help them meet their real estate investing goals. possibly the silhouette of a stately house/ buildings might be good too. I was thinking black and gold colors?
