This is what El Dorado Hotel was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for an old hotel called the "El Dorado Hotel". Located in between both the Big Bend National Park & the Big Bend State Park, The El Dorado Hotel will sweep you into the charm and excitements of the old West in the Terlingua Ghost town! We have a restaurant onsite, the High Sierra Bar & Grill, and both have always been advertised together, never separately. So, there has never been a logo for just the El Dorado Hotel. Just FYI, a scorpion is on the bar's logo because when they broke ground here, hundreds of thousands of scorpions came out of the ground. I attached the bar's logo so the hotel's logo can compliment it. Read more
