Hughes Real Estate Team New Logo, rebranding

This is what Hughes Real Estate Team was looking for in their logo design

We are a small real estate team selling mostly residential properties. We have a wide range of clients from 25-80+ years old. Small town. Well known in our market place. I’m open to ideas on the type of logo that’s best for my brand… although I want to stay away from literal designs that contain house roof tops and houses, keys etc. also, I’m inspired by the stamped and silk screen looks if that helps - something a little more textured and gritty. Outlines or underlines are welcome as well to complete the "stamped" look. We like more modern or pop art inspired looks to make us stand out. The example images below are something we would really like to emulate. "Hughes Real Estate Team" is the full name - emphasis on the "Hughes", with "real estate team" being smaller underneath... also interested in a sub-logo of maybe just the "H" to use in the corner of other marketing materials.
