Logo for Distillery in Belize

This is what Maya Mountains Distillery; MM (as shown in attachments) was looking for in their logo design

We are a new, completely off-grid distillery establishing in Belize called Maya Mountains Distillery. We are looking for a full logo for labels and an abbreviated logo for merchandise and such. We have a solid design concept that we have already put together, but are looking for finalization to make it look more professional. We are seeking a slightly old-school look with blocky-style text to represent Mayan construction in a mixed gray w/ dark green color scheme as shown. We have used an actual picture of the Cockscomb Range in Belize to develop the "silhouette" of the mountain range. I have attached our logo concepts and pictures used to develop the silhouette (and a picture of a different part of the range).
