Imaginative band Logo for pop/rock cover band

This is what STARCRUSH (does not have to be all caps) was looking for in their logo design

Starcrush is a Baltimore based cover band playing top 40, pop, rock, and some country from the 90's through today. We perform at bars and clubs, private events and weddings. We've had multiple logos over the years all featuring a star but that's about it. It doesn't say anything that gives anyone an idea that we're a band. The ideas we're looking for don't have to be overtly music oriented (open to ideas) and we don't want something with a "spacey" feel, but rather something that communicates a fun, party band and ideally one that features the name of the band and also subtly communicates music so that as a stand along logo, people will know it's associated with a band.
