We are looking for a logo for a new industrial development in Cloverdale, Surrey, British Columbia. Cloverdale is a town that has some heritage and has recently been developed quite a bit, is it is essentially a mixture of old and new. This development will be located at the crossroads of Hwy 10 and Old McLellan Road in Surrey. The development will be for industrial users (manufacturing, storage, e-commerce, retailers) and is located on a riverscape with lush greenery around it. The development will be very modern and built to the highest Green building initiatives. - Fitness opportunities

- Flexible outdoor space
- Walking paths – probably can integrate well with the serpentine river that runs past the site
