vintage sports mascot logo design

This is what The Old 93 was looking for in their logo design

I am looking for a logo illustration for my business. I make hand painted signs, and I'd like a logo that is in the style of vintage sports logos. I'd like to have a representation of my dog pictures attached, with a paint brush her mouth, and a sailor hat like the logos attached with the numbers 93 on the hat. Simple clean line design preferred, illustration does not need to be lifelike more cartoonish like the attached examples.
