Transition Farm is a new Community Supported Agriculture farm - supplying fruit, vegetables and herbs in a weekly box to farm subscribers on the Mornington Peninsula in Australia.

Organic and Biodynamic farming practices are used to produce the food in the most sustainable way we can. All produce is grown on our farm. Seasonal produce.

Food is supplied to local families - low food miles.
