Presenting Across Borders is the name of a book and corporate training program describing how business presentations should be adapted to take culture into consideration. When business people (international account managers, supply chain, sales, etc.). Travel overseas to present to customers, they often present in a way that would be appropriate for their home audiences. However when the audience is from another culture, those same rules for presentations don't apply. By ignoring cultural differences in communication and expectations about presentations, international business people may not be as successful as hoped. Our book and training program first describe how to develop an effective presentation (opening hook, tight messaging, strong visuals, and executive presence).
