International Scientific Society Needs an Exciting Logo Design

This is what Either "SGP" or "Society of General Physiologists" was looking for in their logo design

The Society of General Physiologists is soliciting designs for a bold but unpretentious logo that has a strong emotional and visual impact. The logo should have graphic elements that represent physiology, either the concept of physiology, the systems we study, or the techniques that we use. A powerpoint file with some ideas is attached.
The Society of General Physiologists, usually referred to as the SGP, is a scientific society founded in 1946 to promote and disseminate knowledge and interest in the subject of general physiology. Physiology is defined as the study of the function of living organisms and their parts. The term “general physiology” refers to the fundamental mechanisms and principles that underlie all of physiology. Key concepts are “function” and “mechanism”. The scale is from whole organisms (from microbes to whales and of course humans) to single molecules (including proteins and DNA).
