Logo design needed for commercial property investment company

This is what JAMAIKA PTY LTD was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo that can be applied to letterheads and also business cards, envelopes etc. The company builds its own commercial investment properties for leasing. As yet there are no official colors used. Bright is acceptable but not fluoros. Dark colors also accepted. Design needs to reflect a corporate image which values\promotes its assets and corporate clients. Modern look is preferred. Read more
