New Building Approval Inspection Business

This is what River City Certifiers was looking for in their logo design

We are a brand new business - we approve and inspect houses, pools and building extensions to ensure compliance with Australian Building Standards.

We are looking for a logo that will set the corporate style - we are a regulator, but don't want to appear too "stiff".

We are not looking for a logo that incorporates the business name as such, but something that sits alongside the business name and might possibly reflect our area of operation (i.e. Manning Valley, Manning River, Martin Bridge - but not necessarily exactly replicated!) Google these names NSW, Australia.

A logo that presents well in black and white format or a version of it would be of added interest - want to use the logo as a watermark in documents and fax correspondence, etc.

We want a logo which might stand alone. Minimalistic- looking for something simple but clever and not "busy".
