Logo Design Project

This is what "MaxHealthSolution", ("success is working together"(under the logo)) was looking for in their logo design

I am starting a business called 'MaxHealthSolution'.
I need a logo for this business with the business name in the logo.
I would also like the words 'success is working together' underneath the logo.
The logo is to have a white background.

I have uploaded three logos that I want you to base this logo on.

The colour scheme is as follows:
Max(red)Health(green)Solution(blue). I have uploaded a logo called "Maxcentral". These three colours (red,green,blue) are the colours I want. On top of the logo I want the three tildas (identical to the maxcentral logo I have uploaded).

In conclusion, I want 4 lines to the logo.
1st line: The three tildas (red, green, blue).
2nd line: Max(red)Health(green)
3rd line: Solution(blue) - please align this word with the above two.
4th line: success(underlined) is working together (lower case and black colour with alignment with the above three lines. perhaps this needs to be a smaller font.)
