Logo for a Small but Mighty Kid-Run Business

This is what Fox Island Shellworks was looking for in their logo design

We are looking for a logo for my son's little company, Fox Island Shellworks. 9 year old Charlie beachcombs for shells and seaglass and makes custom necklaces, angels and art from them. He sells them at fairs and online and 20% of his profits goes to charity. He has been doing this for a year now and his PR person (me, his mom) finally got a facebook page up for him a few weeks ago.

We have a website started (not live), but really need a great logo. We (ok, me) are trying to create a webpage using GoDaddy's cart option right now and would love to be able to use this logo for the website, as well as for other branding material.

We have been using the blue sanddollar logo from Vistaprint, which Charlie really likes, but it limits us to use it only with a few VP products. We would like something similar with perhaps a less frilly design (the blue color is great). The simplicity of the sanddollar with blue has been well received.
