Logo design needed

This is what Project Health and Fitness was looking for in their logo design

i am looking for a logo for my new personal training business based in Brisbane in Queensland. i currently run one on one sessions and group sessions in a local park. My target audience at the moment is women so i need a logo which isn't to intimidating but at the same time not to girly. i want the final design to communicate the need for a healthy lifestyle and and to show confidence.
