Invent Communities Logo for urban infill residential development

This is what Invent Communities was looking for in their logo design

We are looking for a logo / graphic identity that we can ultimately use on our print materials, website, and job site signs. This is a new business entity, and we not have any preconceived preferences for design, color, style, etc. The business will develop thoughtful single family residences on under utilized semi-urban lots and attempt to reinforce the character of the neighborhood.
