Business Card Design Brief
I work as an independent real estate contractor working under the RE/MAX brand. Located in Wynnum/Manly a coastal suburb of Brisbane in Australia, we are a tight community that enjoy a Bayside lifestyle. Many of the residents have boast, and visiting the many islands protecting the coast. I mostly sell properties from $600,000 upwards to 1.5 million dollars, to families, investors and the re-locators who move interstate and overseas. My strengths are my 10 years of experience at 31 years old, vast proven sales record, an ability to sell in all market conditions, and strong online marketing abilities for real estate.
My idea is for double sided business card. One side that has a background of red over white over blue, a RE/MAX balloon to be incorporated into a rounded edge of a corner (i.e. one corner of the card will have a rounded edge), the RE/MAX balloon to be spot gloss in finish. My name, my title of real estate agent and mobile number in the white section, the address, office/fax/email and a image of myself are also to be added to this side. I will also send the photos if needed.
On the reverse side, I would like to promote my brand "Daniel Burfein Properties" and my website and all my social media sites. I wish for a black background, with spot gloss strikes in areas so that it looks like it has some texture to the background. Or a texture that would good, but I would like it to highlighted in some way. I will have to lean on your creativity for design, but I would also like to incorporate red, white and blue as well. Feel free to use elegant fonts, keeping in the view of targeting million dollar listings and what would be an attractive card to leave behind for those types of clients. Feel free to raise, emboss etc as you see fit. I'm looking for the ultimate in business cards.
