Book Cover Design Brief

I need a book cover for my latest zombie novel: The Apocalypse Renegades. This is book 5 in a series so it is important that it match in some way the first four, the first of which can be found here: http://www.amazon.com/Apocalypse-Undead-World-Series-Book-ebook/dp/B00H2Q32AA/ref=pd_sim_kstore_3?ie=UTF8&refRID=1VRZ8P2W23X6BDPV0826
I will need, not just an Ebook cover, but a soft cover(front, spine, and back) and an Audio book cover--all three of which will use the same initial picture. Finally I will want to see the original picture. I don't want you to find a picture from the internet, slap my name across the front and say "done." A picture must be manipulated enough to make it unique.
