Web Design Brief

We need a sight that will apeal to high end real estate investors. It should be clean, slick, and sophisticated. We recently had business cards done and would like to see if we can incorporate that design format into our webpage for continuity. Also, need to have high profile patriotic american images. Our business focuses on EB-5 Immigration program. Investors invest in U.S. real estate projects that will produce jobs, in return they are granted U.S. Visa's and an opportunity to apply for permanant citizenship.
I would like this webpage to be the single page format.
