Logo Design Brief

We would like a round logo with the word "EXPERIENCED" following the top half of the circle, "APPRAISERS" included in the center (maybe like a banner protruding outside of the left and right of the center line, and "INTERNATIONAL" following the bottom half of the circle.

It would be good to have some symbol, i.e. Greek or Latin, for the word "VALUE" inside the logo somewhere.
