Logo Design Brief

I am a consultant who works with farmers doing soil testing and gps systems to place fertilizer and chemicals more precisely on the fields to become more sustainable in our farming practices. I would like some kind of farming scene like rows of corn or grass growing incorporated somehow in the logo. I work with other consultants that utilize testing done by brookside labs they have a site blinc.com and it list other consultants and links to their webpages and logos from the directory to give more ideas of what I do. I love the color red also. I use soil probes a lot so you could incorporate that into the design also. However I do want a fairly simple design with not a lot of detail.
