Seems I need to add to my brief 

There needs to be the following information

Extra virgin olive
Made in Australia
An area for company information and contact details
An area for nutrition information this varies from batch to batch
An area for expiration date this also varies from batch to batch
I have uploaded a couple of photos of an Australian olive oil label (not mine) to give you an idea of what's needed
