Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a corporate logo for our membership travel company. We sell an exclusive product to a relatively more affluent demographic which affords travelers insider discounts on hotels, condos, resorts, cruises, and other travel services. We would like the logo to exude class, luxury, professionalism, and credibility, with a very modern, fast-moving, innovative feel. Please avoid any kitschy travel imagery (like planes, cruise ships, palm trees, etc.).

We would like the fonts used (as applicable) to be clean and professional (OK if we have to purchase the fonts to match) and something we can tie together with the fonts we use in the rest of our branding (ie avoid intense scripts, etc.). This logo will be used on websites, letterhead, employee uniforms, and signage, something versatile enough for all those uses would be appreciated. Shades of blue/dark blue or other "credible" tones are a personal preference for color scheme, though please be as creative as you feel necessary, just keep the palette somewhat limited so it can be easily matched to other color schemes.
