Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our dairy farm. Our farm name is Nature View Farm. I would like a cow image in the logo. Our cows are Jerseys, which are dairy cows (produce milk to be used for cheese). Jerseys are brown in color. The unique thing about our cows: our cows are polled Jerseys which means that they do NOT have horns. Barns and farm scenes would also be suitable, but we want the focus of the logo to be the cow. The cow can be cartoonish, realistic, silouette, ect.. (I'm not sure which way to go). Show me your ideas!
