Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer design to promote a concert we are hosting in our Ballroom. Specifically, a Billy Joel tribute band, The Cold Spring Harbor Band will be playing a three to four how in a lounge style setting at our boutique, Hotel Indigo. the design should appeal to the 35+ crowd, who favor Billy Joel's music, and come off as fun but tasteful. We are working with limited photography, but really one or two images should suffice, as our primary need is to get some produced and distributed quickly (the show is on March 8, 2013).

Must have

• Use what you like from the images, and whichever version of the logo you prefer. The following details must, however, be included in the flyer:

  One of LI's favorite Billy Joel tribute bands to play the Indigo Ballroom
  
  Friday, March 8, 8:00pm - 11:00pm
  
  
  Admission: $20 per person, includes 1 drink
  Doors & Bar Open: 7:00PM
  Show Begins: 8:00PM
  
  Dinner and drinks will be served in a lounge style environment. Dining reservations are
  required to reserve a table, and subject to availability, so please book early!

• The design should stay in context with our property, which is a boutique, but is a bit retro. You can get a feel for the property by visitign our website at www.indigoeastend.com.

Should not have

• We are open to font interpretations to achieve the feeling we described, but the use of clipart type icons should absolutely be avoided.
