Logo Design Brief
LadderUp is looking for a high quality and professional logo for their Career Services website and letterheads.
LadderUp provides career progression services to professionals looking to move job roles or move companies. Our target audience is professionals ages 25-50. These people will predominantly be engineers, accountants, business analysts, administrators and middle managers. The company is based in Australia, but needs to be appropriate for other English speaking countries.
We desire a logo that is professional, elegant and simple, but not so conservative as to be boring.
LadderUp is one word, yet the “U” needs to be a capital. Having the brand name legible is imperative, though the name can be complemented with a stylised image/design/shape.
We are leaning towards blues being the predominant colours, with perhaps highlights in black, gold or silver. We are more than happy however to have designs submitted in all varieties of colours, so don’t let the above colours hinder your creative flair.
If you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to contact thomcurry@hotmail.com.
Good luck!
Tom Curry

Do not get too caught up with the 'ladder' visual. We're more than happy to see some stylised ladders, but would be very interested to see some alternative designs as well!
