Wordpress Design Brief

I am looking for a website design for GuitarLickDojo.com. If you are unfamiliar with the term "guitar lick": a guitar lick is a simple piece of music that is used in an improvisation or solo. All of the famous guitarists that you probably have heard of (Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, etc.) have their own set of unique licks. This is what defines their style. The "Dojo" in the site name refers to a karate dojo. Basically, like a person would master karate in a karate dojo, a guitarist can master guitar licks in the guitar lick dojo. The purpose of GuitarLickDojo is to show users very high quality videos (youtube) and music notation for a variety of licks. Many of the guitar licks on the site will be from famous guitarists. There will also be licks that are not from famous guitarists, that are just general licks in a particular style or genre.

Requirements

Must have

• 1) The look and feel of the site must be based on the logo that I have attached. First and foremost, this site must be FUN. The page should fit with the mood of the logo. The logo should be incorporated well into the header design. It would be nice to see the logo theme used throughout the same page in some creative and reasonable way.
• 2) There will be three main navigation tabs on the home page: Licks, JamTracks, and Blog. The Licks section will be broken into Licks by Artist, and licks by genre (eg. Jazz, Rock, Blues, Fusion, Heavy Metal, Country, etc.)
• 3) There needs to be 3 main sections on the Home Page: Lick of the Day, Recently Added Licks, and Featured Licks. These 3 sections must contain thumbnails of the videos, along with a text description.

Nice to have

• Use the character from the logo or the karate theme in some creative way on the page.
