Web Design Brief
I have recently established a business called BlueBay Capital. The business is focused on providing property developers with project financing solutions. This is not a real estate website so please do not provide such pics or design. I provide financial solutions.
I have been in the financial markets for the past 20 years covering all asset classes from trading through to portfolio management, structuring and business development. The majority of this time was spent with building new business and expanding into new opportunities.
This is a start-up business so there isn't much content at this stage. Therefore, its all about first impressions. I want a design that portray confidence; and that I can deliver a workable solution. It must provide the perception of sophistication, innovation, yet simplistic so its not trying to deceive/hide something. Most importantly it must give the Client a sense of trust and reliability.
I would like to have the website portray my depth of experience in providing financing solutions and consultancy services in achieving the investment objectives. However, I would like to avoid looking like a one man band. I do have access to resources just not directly employed by the company.
Anyway, I hope this is enough to at least wet your appetite. I recently had a logo created on DesignCrowd that should set the theme/style of the website

A general observation.
Please do not include photos of houses, architectural drawings or images that portal construction or real estate. This implies I am either a property agent or in some way directly involve in selling property...very misleading. Remember, I am involved in provide financial solutions not selling property.

Please avoid using numerous people within the site as it may represent that my business has a large number of staff when in fact its only me. However, I also don't want to look like a "one man band". So be balanced on using people - I am not sure I want people at all.

please stop using pictures and/or logos that imply
- I manage their money
- I protect their money
- I grow their money
- I offer homes loans
- that I do house calls with individuals (i.e no couples shaking heads with a guy)
- no house pictures or symbols i.e. it looks like a property website
- I have a large organisation (i.e. team of people)
If any design include the above I will eliminate it
REMEMBER: I am providing innovative financial solutions - NOT asset/fund manager, bank manager or real estate manager

Please be creative and innovative with your pics. Also ensure you have the rights to use the pics. I have seen basic stock photos being used and again have not read by brief or previous comments. For instance, they use the words "sustainable growth" in google and click on images and you will see most of the images being used.
these will be eliminated instantly and not asked to return.

Please, if you use the name of the Company as a Label or Statement can please ensure it remains in the same style as the Logo, i.e. all Caps Large with small.
