We need a logo design for a new company based in Santa Monica, California called "1-888-CASH-OFFER". We connect local cash investors with sellers who want a FAIR CASH OFFER in 24 hours to sell their property. We would like to see designs that use a character/cartoon of a happy house and/or dollar sign, maybe holding a briefcase of cash or holding a sign pointing at 1-888-CASH-OFFER. See attached sketch and competitor logos. Example clip are below.
