Web Design Brief

I need a web page template for a new company's web site.

The final design can be a web page or layered image. HTML/CSS is fine and less work for me. PSD or other common layered image formats are also quite welcome.

==Background==

Kinatomic provides scientific and engineering software products and consultancy, at the cutting edge of technology. The problems the products address are: video processing, human behaviour measurement, physical simulations.

Values to convey: Technical competence, Passion for technology, Innovation, Responsive to customer

==Design Ideas==

I have been surveying potential customers and the websites of http://www.tessella.com/ and http://www.noldus.com/ are highly regarded. I like the colours of tessella's site but it could do with loosing the outer border. I want a template along these lines.

I have a start version of the front page here: http://www.kinatomic.com/kinatomic/ although you can rearrange where improvements can be made. Only deal with the front page and I will figure out how to apply that to the rest of the site.

The page graphics can be changed to other images that convey similar ideas (except for the two images which show faces, which are product specific).

The logo graphics files have been uploaded with this design brief.
