Flyer Design Brief

The National List is a 114 year old company based in Bismarck, ND, USA. We are looking to have a flyer designed that we can attach into email communications as well as have printed.

Essentially our attorney members pay us an annual membership fee and in return we provide them business. This flyer will be used to attract new business who have outstanding debt that needs to be collected upon by our collection attorneys.
Attached is a hand drawn example of what I am looking for. Our logo is also attached which should be used in the flyer. Our colors are blue and silver/grey just like the logo.
There is one thing that I need you to add to the flyer. In the center you will see the word FREE. Next to the last E should be an asterix*. At the bottom of the flyer there should be an asterix* as well saying
*Should you chose to file suit then fees would be incurred.

Target Market(s)

Associations that have members. For example an apartment association, pest management association, or any other labor based organization. We also want to send this directly to small to medium sized business owners.
