No Joke, but a lot of the submitted deisgns where a joke and rio offs directly from google.

A lot of designers have really wasted our time by submitting logos that come up in the first results when dooing a google search. So the joke is on designers. The winning design is from a local firm that can actually do what we want outside of designcrowd as we got tired of spams with really crap logos.
