May I suggest that $250 is a little on the cheap side for a fully coded website with content management and e-commerce functionality. Not to mention that there will need to be a few additional pages needed to handle the shopping cart etc.

If you were to raise the stakes and make the payment guaranteed you will get a lot more designs submitted. (Mine Included!)

For what it's worth, I used to live and work in Noosa so I'm pretty familiar with the market that you're aiming for.
