Web Design Brief

You will be building themes for an education website where teachers can build their own classroom websites.

A teacher will use our website to build their own class website without any technical knowledge. When they build their site, they will pick from a selection of pre-defined themes and enter the content of the website.

I want the winning bidder to create TWO different themes for this project. The reason I want the winner to create two themes is to ensure they will be able to make more of them in the future.

THIS PROJECT IS ESSENTIALLY AN INTERVIEW. The winner will be contracted to create additional themes in the future. We expect that we will need at least 50 done in the near future. This is ongoing work for quite some time.

Each theme should be one page, and contain the following elements:

1) Header with page title
2) Left navigation
3) Footer
4) Styled form elements ( Text Input, Textarea, Radio Button, Checkbox, File Input, Select Element )

I want the themes to be "cartoon-y", but still modern and elegant - if that makes any sense.

The attached files show three examples from a competitor website. Envision that a teacher could select any of the themes and their website would automatically switch to that theme.
