Label Design Brief

We need a label design for a new company based in North East Ohio called "CUT it!" We process and manufacture Cutting Oil for consumers in the machining industry. Our product is a premium multi-purpose nonsoluble cutting oil. Machinists use this oil to keep their workpiece at a stable temperature, maximize tool life, and works to prevent rust on machine parts and cutters. The final design should relay the image of reliability and performance, and innovative to promote new sales. The labels will be for two different sized bottles: 4.25heightx5.5width and 2x4 inches. The label must include "Made in USA" and Net Wt 1 Gallon U.S. (3.75 Liters).

Please note: this oil is being purchased by customers who use tools to cut metal for a living. They are skilled machinists who need a reliable oil.


BACK LABEL: This label will be going on 1 gallon jugs (similar to windshield washer fluid containers) as well as 8oz smaller containers. The large 1 gallon jugs will need to have a back label that includes directions for use, cautions, our email and web address, and a space for a bar code.
