Can we change the color of font to make it goes with the design?

Sorry, I forgot to mention the logo, I ask if we are free to change the text color of logo to make it goes with design?

One more questions:

Do we need to design footer in 2 views like reference website or 1 simple view is enough?

No the theme needs to match the logo. The logo colors cannot be changed
