Wordpress Design Brief

I have a site, www.carrollcountybootcamp.com

I am looking to have it redesigned to make it simpler, and encourage people who hit the home page to click on a service, opt in, or contact me for more info. Having a video front and center with icons representing the services we offer around it may be a good idea, but I am open to YOUR design. Conversion is my goal. I want it to be friendly, but convey the fun and ENERGY of my bootcamp. Scrolling pics on home page so people can get a feel for our bootcamp is recommended as well.
