Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for new medical company. Center will focus on physical medicine and not using pain management drugs or surgery. Want logo to be clean and simple but memorable. Would like a design that has the name incorporated but the "logo" could be separated from the name when needed. Also have a slogan of "Your health in the right direction" that will need to be incorporated as needed. Blue color, our just color of some kind.
