Logo Design Brief

I am interested in having a logo created for a new portion of our legal video business. It is called "Depositions Online", which is a service we are providing for attorneys to conduct video depositions in the comfort of their home office via our video conferencing solution. The legal field is not interested in flashy, so the logo must be catchy, professional, and to the point. I would like the suffix ".com" incorporated into it somehow. The website domain is www.depositionsonline.com. It is currently under construction.
