Logo Design Brief

We require a logo design for a funky hair salon. We are based in the vibrant port city of Fremantle.

We wish to appeal to all age groups though we like bright vibrant colours and something a little bit different.

We dont want a traditional "salon" style logo. Cartoony and colourful is what we like.

The salon is called Rapunzeled.

Target Market(s)

Everyone, though with a focus mainly funky young to middle age men and women, who are also generally well educated and live in higher class areas.

Requirements

Must have

• OK... we have a firm idea of what we want. Please see the attached pic of the plane towing a sign called rapunzel.. we think that is perfect though change the man for a lady with long hair, preferable blonde hair. Also an idea would be a lady in a boat and the boat called rapunzel, or even a volkswagen combi with a lady driving it and rapunzel on the side. all ideas to have the same cartoon feel with colours.
  
  Colourful. Bright blues, green, yellow and orange come to mind. Not a traditional hair salon logo, maybe cartoony but not kids cartoon. A good cartoon to see for the style we like is the following

  Attached is a copy of where we got to with another designer.. we do like the colours, dont like the lady, it looks a little to kids cartoon, though we do like modern cartoon. We dont like the logo being in a circle but we do like the colours and brightness

Nice to have

• We would like the world rapunzel and a design of a lady with large hair. The lady can be an animation and cartoony though not kids cartoony. We like bright colours aswell, greens, orange, yellow and blues are all bright colours we like. Some pics we like the look and style of are as follows
