As explained in the project description, we need a home page concept not a full site.   However, we need more than just the .psd file.   Here is what we listed previously:


"We have no logo or color scheme so you are free to use your imagination as long as it looks professional.

Once we accept the design, you will need to give us a zip file containing all the artifacts including the .psd files, jpg images, and any fonts used, etc."

So we do not need any html just the design.

As I mentioend we don't have a logo or any pre-determined colors. We just need a clean professional design that fits pretty much on one page without a lot of scrolling. For example, the customer does NOT want a site like this..

where you scroll for days with large multi-color panels.
