we need a flyer designing for our independent estate and letting agents based in Gosport Hampshire, our company name is Holmes and Company Gosport, our contact details are 14 North Cross Street, Gosport, Hampshire PO12 1BE, 02392 521219, email :hayley@holmesandco.co.uk. Our special offer we'd like to advertise is for the year 2015 we aim to sell 100 properties and only charge £1000 no vat sellers fee for each property sold. We are also offering a free no obligation market appraisal by one of our professional assessors. The flyer must have this disclaimer added to the bottom of it: if you are currently on the market with another agent then your current terms and conditions may need to be reviewed prior to changing agency. We advertise on Rightmove and would like to see designs that use the colours lime green and navy blue. The final design should be eye catching and promote this special offer.
