Logo Design Brief

We what a more professional and modern edge to our existing logo design. One key issue we have is pronunciation around the product with people assuming it is "vin times 2" instead of vin-ex-two. So to alleviate that perhaps we look at changing the case to be VINX2 within the logo design itself but we're also open to limiting the number of colours. We have used a mono version of the logo before (see stamp attachment) but taking it one step further perhaps we look at a style like the Xero www.xero.com logo where we still use the outline of the stamp logo but have it in a round coloured background. Well its hard to describe in text so I hope you get the idea! We want one version of the logo with the tagline "Winery Software" and another version without that tagline. In terms of the spinoff logo we require a similar styled logo for a brewery software product. It will be BREWX2 and the background images should reflect the shape of Barley, a beer kettle/kiln and a beer bottle (instead of grapes, barrel and wine bottle).
