T-shirt Design Brief

I have a volleyball tournament in Las Vegas. We are part of a multi-sport festival. Over 350 people will wear this shirt. I need a fun/cool t-shirt design. I'm open to any ideas. A list of the sports can be found at www.sincityshootout.com I want the shirt to be clear that it is volleyball also that they are part of a multi-sport event.
