Logo Design Brief

We are a small public accounting firm with one accountant who is the owner. We do accounting and taxes. We would like a new look that expresses the following: dependability, action, trust. We would like some color - emerald green, sapphire blue, maybe teal. No red or brown. Something basic that can translate into black and white if necessary. We would like an icon and the name, "McRea Woodson & Associates, Inc." with the wording of "Certified Public Accountant" on a separate line. The icon can encompass the initials of MWA. The lettering should be in the font of Tahoma (for easier translation in our software).
