Banner Ad Design Brief

I need the standard banner sizes : 728x90 , 160x600 , 300x250 .

We are needing banners for the site Forefront.tv . The site is a video curation site of urban comedy/music/vlogs/skits that is updated with exclusive content by top youtube talents.

Taglines:
"The new curators of cool"
"The New Now"
"If you're not in FRONT you're behind"
"Watch the latest urban video skits at Forefront.tv"
"Watch Funny Videos"
"Like To Laugh watch new funny videos at Forefront.tv"

Open to other tag lines around that area, the most important message to let the users know that we are a video site specializing in Urban.

I would really like these to be flash animated for more effect so whatever way you want to do that.

OR if you want some direction for flash animating, would love a banner similar to this: http://www.bannersnack.com/blog/video-banners/ (if you see the banner at top how it is animated video banner then stops and has text)

Would love for this video part (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pP7ZEJ_MN40 02:49 to 02:53) to be animated in similar way and to say "The Rap Battle Parody - Watch What Happens …. Only on Forefront.tv " with our logo on it somewhere too.
